Hello to all my wonderful bloggy friends. I hope you are having a wonderful day today. It's cold here and we got a little bit of snow last night. So I am trying to keep warm lol.
For today, I thought I would share my creamcile fudge with you. I made alot of candy over the holidays and posted some pics of them. I didn't get a pic of my creamcile fudge and someone wanted another order of it, sooo I remembered to take a picture of it this time hehe. I also had someone ask me for the recipe, I will post it after the picture. This is really a yummy version of fudge, I tried it last year and it was an instant hit with my family.

Doesn't it look delish!!
This is the recipe I used:
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
5 oz evaporated milk
7 oz. container marshmallow creme
1 bag of white vanilla chips
1 tsp orange extract
yellow and red food coloring
Bring the first 3 ingredients to a rolling boil , boil for 4 minutes or until your candy thermometer reaches the soft ball stage. Take off of the heat and add the marshmallow creme and flavored chips. Stir together until all is melted. Take out about a cup of the mixture and reserve in a bowl. To the remaining fudge add the orange extract and about 6 drops of yellow food coloring and 6 drops of red food coloring.
Mix together and pour into a prepared pan. (I line mine with wax paper letting it hang over the sides so it will lift out easily, you can use a 9x9 or 9x13 depending on how thick you want your fudge to be). Spread it evenly along the pan.
Take your reserved mixture and drop spoonfulls of it on top of the orange fudge. Take a knife and run it throught the white fudge to make a swirled pattern in the fudge. Let cool.
Slice and ENJOY!
Thanks so much for stopping by today.
