Good morning!!

Hello and good morning to all of you. I have another layout to share with you.

Sorry in advance for the awful picture. I got a new light bulb because I thought that would help the colors on the pictures .( It doesn't seem to help much though). So I guess I am back to square one. :(
I used the Nana's Baby Girl stack, even though this page is for a boy, I paired it with a red cardstock and I think it looks good with it. I used my cuttlebug folder for the onsie. I was going to do the blanket with cuttlebug folder but already had it pop dotted down before I realized that I hadn't embossed it. I do that alot...I get ahead of myself and  forget to add the final touches lol.
I also used 4 different cartridges for the cuts:
Nursery Rhymes(Sweet Baby Boy)
B is for Boy(Onsie)
Everyday Paper Dolls(Diaper and Blanket) and
Sugar and Spice(Diaper Pins)
I really liked how it turned out, thanks for stopping by,

"Special Delivery LO part 2"

Hi, everyone. I decided to make a second page  for my "Special Delivery" LO. I added the cute little volcano and used my leopard cuttlebug folder to emboss him with. I know.....leopard????  It turned out pretty well though, I think. Mountains are pretty rocky and I wanted this to have some dimension to it, and I thought that this would give it the look I was going for.  I also added some more photo/journaling spots for the mom to be. You can never have enough photos of the little tyke.

Not really sure why it looks like the photo mats are wrinkled, because they really are flat???
Must be the way I took the photo, I don't think I had it standing up totally against my board.
Chalk another one up for my "fabulous picture taking hehe"

Thanks so much for taking time to stop by and visit with me!

Challenges and a card for a bloggie friend...

Hello everyone and happy Saturday to you!! I hope everyone is having a wonderfuld day. It is sunny but hot here, that's okay though I would rather have heat than cold. (I can never seem to get warm enough when I am cold). Anyway, on to my card....
I made this for a couple of challenges and am sending it off to a bloggie friend that is not feeling too well.
The challenges I am entering this into are

For the PKS challenge the rules are:
(Puns are fun, and even more perfect when paired with Peachy Keen Faces! This week, create a project using your PKS faces and along with any pun you'd like.)
and for the Whimsical Wednesday the rules are:
(create a card/project using all scraps.)

For the whimsical wednesday's challenge you also
show a picture of your scraps before you use them ..so here is my pic of my scraps used. I didn't use them all, because I wasn't sure what I would need just grabbed some colors from my scrap drawer and threw them down. lol

So that is it. Thanks everyone for stopping by..

Baby Shower..

Hello again to all my wonderful friends. I am back to share a project with you. I was invited to a last minute shower for a cousin from my husbands side of the family. I shopped for a few things at the store and one of them was a really cute outfit with Winnie the Pooh on it. So, I was thinking ....I can't just give her something from the store I have to make a little something too. Us crafters are always looking for an excuse to make something right??
While I was at the store, I knew whatever I made would have to be quick so I decided to get an 8x10 picture frame and make something with it. This is what I came up with......
I decided to use my Winnie the Pooh cartridge, since I had bought him the Pooh outfit and bibs. I made the honey pot into a spot to put down the date of birth, weight and length of the baby when it is born and then a 4x6 photo spot for the little darling. I think it turned out pretty good for a rush job hehe. I also made a card to match using some of the same paper.

Thanks for stopping by.

A challenge and DT entry..

Hello to all my wonderful bloggie friends out there! I hope you are having a wonderful Tuesday:)
I have a LO to share with you. I am entering this for Robyn's Design Team call.  There are already so many wonderful entries but, I thought I would try for a spot. She is an awesome crafter and funny, (if you have ever seen any of her out-takes..you already know that lol).
I am making another baby book...yes I know again!! Hehe, everytime I make one I have someone wanting me to make another one. I like doing it though especially when I know they appreciate the hard work that I put into it. So...the challenge for Robyn is to make a cricut project using your favorite cricut cartridge. A card, LO, or any kind of project using the following colors:
             Orange
             Turquoise
             Green
             and Brown
(optional color of your choice) I chose white.

Cricut cart: Create A Critter
Paper used: My Minds Eye Twinkle Twinkle Little Boy Stack
and DCWV Glitter Stack
Cuttlebug folders were: Divine Swirls and Swiss Dots
Ribbon from my stash

I printed the sentiment out on cardstock and then center point cut the bone out...not really sure if it looks like a dinasour bone, but that is what I was going for hehe.
Thanks so much for stopping by and don't forget to go by My Pink Stamper and enter your wonderful project, or just go by and watch one of her hilarious videos ;)

A late... :( Birthday card

Hello to all my bloggie friends out there!! I know I haven't posted anything in over a week, but when it rains it pours :(  I guess everyone knows how that goes. I just haven't had time to post anything and even if I could get a minute, I have been having computer issues!! I hope this one will work for a while. ( fingers crossed)
Anyway, enough about my problems...I thought I would hop in and do a challenge over at Peachy Keen for their LFIF challenge. You have to use some kind of pattern on your project...(go check them out and join in!!)

This card is for my sister-in-law...as you can see I forgot her birthday!! I swear, I am so forgetfull that if I don't program it on my phone I will forget it :-o .  I thought about it 2 days before her birthday, and I always call and sing her happy birthday (not well , I might add...I couldn't carry a tune in a bucket!!  lol). But, it's the thought that counts....right??
Soo, I am going to give her this card..who couldn't forgive this little cutie pie sheep? (I guess the correct word would be ewe). I may have to grovel a little hehe...but that's okay.

I used some purple cardstock for the base, K and Company's Itsy Bitsy baby girl paper pad, Divine swirls and Swiss dots cuttlebug folders for the embossing, the cutie patootie stamp is from Scrappy Moms
and last but not least the adorable face on this little girl is from the Critter Faces set Med PK-754 from the awesome Peachy Keen website. If you don't have any of these and have any of the cartridges that have faces for your cricut, you seriously need to get some. They are the bomb!! I love, love, love them.
Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out my latest creation. I will try to get something else up for you again in a day or two.
